Naa Sami Ranga is a Telugu-language period action drama film directed by Vijay Binni and starring Nagarjuna Akkineni, Allari Naresh, Raj Tarun, and Ashika Ranganath. The film is a remake of the 2019 Malayalam film Porinju Mariam Jose, which was loosely based on real events in Thrissur during the 1980s and 1990s. The film was released on January 14, 2024, coinciding with the Sankranti festival.
The film revolves around Saindhav (Nagarjuna), a former member of a drug cartel, who lives with his daughter Gayatri (Sara Palekar) in a fictional city called Chandraprastha. He works as a crane operator and tries to stay away from his past. However, when his daughter is diagnosed with a rare and expensive disease, he is forced to return to his old ways and confront his enemies, led by Vikas (Nawazuddin Siddiqui), a psychotic and ruthless criminal.

Some of the positive aspects of the film are the cinematography by Dasaradhi Sivendra, the background score by MM Keeravani, the visual effects by Makuta, and the action sequences choreographed by Peter Hein.
