Punjabi superstar Diljit Dosanjh has officially announced the much-anticipated third installment of his hit horror-comedy franchise Sardaar Ji. Titled Sardaar Ji 3, the film is set to release worldwide on June 27, 2025, and fans couldn’t be more excited.
Taking to social media, Diljit dropped a motion poster that quickly grabbed attention. The intriguing black-and-white visual shows him with his back to the camera, shrouded in mystery. In the background, a voice calls him "Sardaar," to which he sharply responds, “Sardaar Ji!”—a subtle yet powerful callback that’s sparking curiosity among fans.
The movie is being jointly produced by White Hill Studios and Story Time Productions, both well-known names in the Punjabi film industry. While the story remains tightly under wraps, the poster and the signature humor in the teaser line have already hinted that the film will blend comedy, thrill, and supernatural elements in classic Sardaar Ji style.
The Sardaar Ji franchise first began in 2015, where Diljit played a quirky ghostbuster, followed by Sardaar Ji 2 in 2016, where he amazed audiences with his triple role. Both films were box office successes, praised for their entertainment value and Diljit’s comic timing.
